Earl Dwight Jones Sr., 81, of Wichita resident since 1923, died Monday. He was born near Whitewater, Kan., and attended Wichita Business College. He worked in several retail lumber yards of the state, and last was employed by Ark Valley Lumber Co. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, and the Grace Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his widow Grace; four sons; one daughter; two brothers and four sisters. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Grace Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Elbing, Kan. Gill Mortuary has charge.
