Obituary:
Mrs. Edna Mae Shultz, 94, 1909 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., died Thursday evening, Nov. 9, 1995 at home. She was born July 1, 1901, in Altoona, the daughter of Ira and Cora (Shadle) Briggs. She married Otto Shultz on June 13, 1923, in Altoona. He died Aug. 27, 1988. Mrs. Shultz was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Ladies Bible Class. She was co-owner and operator of Shultz' Antique Shop, Bellemead. She enjoyed reading and crocheting. Surviving are two daughters, Doris M. Kipple of Hollidaysburg and Joanne L. Hunter of Altoona; a son, the Rev. Bert. A. of Saldatna, Alaska; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the William G. Bigelow II Funeral Home and from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at Calvary Baptist Church.
