Henry Lambert (name often rendered Henry George Lambert Jr. when young) was born 16 October 1913 in Waverley, Massachusetts (Belmont birth certificate Year 1913 Vol 2 Page 37 No 113) while parents lived at 105 Beech Street, Waverley MA. Brother David Alden Lambert was born 19 June 1917 when parents lived at 19 G. Street, Boston MA. Graduated Avery Jr. High School in Dedham, 25 June 1926. Educated at "H.A." in Class of 1930. Attended MIT in Physics. Later lived in Barbados, New Zealand, and ultimately Samoa. Enjoyed electronics and cave exploration.

Henry was ninth-generation descent via mother from John Howland, Mayflower passenger; see:
