Frank J. Foster died Monday, August 25, 2008 in St. Vincent Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife, Joanne (Janulevicus) Foster in 1999.

Frank was born in South Barre, the son of Charles and Florence (Lafarina) Foster and he lived many years in Wheelright.

He was a trucker for many years, retiring in 1992. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion.
