Mary Albright

Mary Albright, 85, died Feb. 22, 1997, at Morton County Hospital, Elkhart.

She was born March 6, 1911, at Pretty Prairie, the daughter of Oscar M. and Lulu A. Miller Lambert. A Kingman resident since 1959, previously of Pretty Prairie, she was a retired cook at Kingman Community Hospital.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Kingman.

On Aug. 10, 1930, she married Arthur H. Albright at Pretty Prairie. He died Dec. 6, 1987.

Survivors include: a son, Alvin, Hutchinson; three daughters, Joyce Wertz and Marilyn Barr, both of Sparta, N.J., and Lou Ann Wallace, Texhoma, Okla.; a brother, Lawrence Lambert, Hutchinson; a sister, Reta Wingate, Pretty Prairie; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral was Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church, Kingman, with the Rev. Jane Brigden officiating. Burial was in the Lone Star Cemetery, Pretty Prairie.

Memorials may be sent to the church in care of Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.
