Now on this day comes the said guardian and reports to the court that the said F.M. SMITH "has died" and prays the court to make an order of distribution of the personal estate of said minor amongst the heirs - and fund that ? as yet remaining in the hands of said guardian the sum of $198.87. It is therefore ordered by the court that said guardian make distribution of said estate between THREE HEIRS TO WIT: VALENTINE KESSLER AND ELIZA JANE his wife one share, P.S. BOTTORFF and LUCINDA his wife and JOHN H. RAMSEY, guardian of DELAFAYETTE SMITH one share and take receipts for the same.
