Jennie married William Hotchkiss in 1888, and to this union were four children, three of whom have survived. William Hotchkiss died in 1896, and Jennie later married J.T. Johnstone in 1900.
Jennie died at her home on March 23, 1930, after a lingering illness. She was survived by her second husband and three children.
