Graveside services will be at Davis Cemetery in Athens. Charles passed away on March 3, 2017 in Irving. He was born April 11, 1953 in Athens to Ottis and Georgia Hoover Hosch. Charles graduated high school in Athens. He loved the outdoors, the Dallas Arboretum and all God's Creations. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Lonnie Edgar Hosch. Charles is survived by his loving wife Lacretia Ann Hosch; daughter, Marci Palmer and Jason McAlister; son, Shad and Athena Palmer; son, Derek Palmer and Courtney Stroman; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Norma Jean Anderson and Denis Clark; sister Melva Dean Grissom; brother Billy Ray and Jean Ann Hosch and sister, Carolyn Ann and Gary Strauss.
