Fay was born 23 Apr 1937 in Hoschton, Ga. Her family moved to Alamo when she was still an infant. She was raised in Laurens County, where she attended school in Cadwell and Dexter. She met and married Billy Martin while working in Dublin. She and Billy moved to Warner Robins in the mid 1950's where they raised their family and retired. Fay stayed at home to raise her 3 children, going back to work when the youngest was a toddler. She worked for various organizations before settling in with Sears and K-Mart stores as a sales associate. She retired from K-Mart. Fay had several hobbies including reading, playing board games, and fishing, but the one she loved the most was spending time with her family, especially her 2 grandchildren Josh and Ansley. Fay was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Billy Martin, son Michael Martin, and all of her siblings; brothers: James Weehunt and Julian Weehunt; sisters: Jessie Mae Adams, Louie Smith, Geraldine Fowler, Wilma Westbrook, Geneva Dykes, and Jean Jones.

Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughters Lynn Martin of Warner Robins and Lorri Adams (Terry) of Bonaire; grandchildren Joshua Barlow (Christine) of Warner Robins and Ansley Adams of Bonaire; and her great grandchildren Samantha and Jacob of Warner Robins.

Heritage Funeral Home of Warner Robins is in charge of arrangements.
