Confederate Veteran of Civil War.
Sgt Confed. Halls Company Mississippi Reserve. He also fought in the battle of San Jacinto in Texas with Sam Houston. He was also a Methodist Preacher & played a violin. He had seven children by his first wife Caroline Wilkins. After her death he married Sarah Francis Adams and had nine more children. Robin is the son of John "Jackie" & Nancy Stacy Quinn who are buried on the old home place a quarter of a mile north of Wake Forest Baptist Church.
