Wayne was part of the greatest American Generation. He entered the military in February of 1943 and served in Europe in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a true American patriot who loved his country.
He was an avid fisherman and spent many hours after retirement on Sardis Lake. He knew every brush pile, stob and stump, spending many a day there from daylight to dark.
The family would like to extend its gratitude to Dr. Shaun Helmbout and Kindred Hospice Services of Oxford for there wonderful care.
Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora was in charge of all arrangements.
