Services for Bernice Ray, 85, Bullard, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007, at Bullard Church of Christ with Glen Cogburn and Brent Duncan officiating.
Burial will be in Bullard Cemetery under direction of Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
Mrs. Ray died April 10, 2007, in Tyler.
She was born March 2, 1922, in LaRue. She was a homemaker and a member of Bullard Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.W. "Buddy" Ray; parents, Eugene Lofton and Alice Butler Harris; and sisters, Sarah Foster, Clementine Patterson and Mary Alice Adams.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Beverly Ray, Bullard; daughter, Linda E. Ray, Bullard; grandsons, Clint Ray and Cliff Ray, both of Bullard; brothers, Thomas Harris, Mixon, Eugene Harris, Charles Harris, Jack Harris and Arlin Harris, all of Bullard; sisters, Martha Spears, Bullard, Zane Langley, Jacksonville, Nellie Hathaway, New Boston, and Elizabeth Ray, Troup; and caregiver, Gloria Goforth, Flint.
Pallbearers are David Adams, Tommy Hunt, Tony Foster, Chet Foster, Mohammad Rezaei, Bruce Stripling, Kevin Spears and Freddie Vaughan.
