Janet M. "Jinx" Kuhn, 78, of Lancaster passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 at LGH. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy (McCardle) Roark. She was the wife of Ronald Kuhn with whom she shared 25 years of marriage.
She was a 1958 graduate of JP McCaskey High School where she was a cheerleader and was involved in the Glee club. Jinx worked as a paralegal secretary for many years for Judge Michael J. Perezous here in Lancaster.
Jinx was a NASCAR fan and her favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt, Jr. She also enjoyed figure skating and roller skating at Rocky Springs where her beauty gave her the nickname of "Jinx". She loved Phantom of the Opera, but above all, her family was everything to her, and she enjoyed being with all of them.
In addition to her husband Ron, she is survived by a daughter, Lisa Cooper, wife of Eric of Lancaster; son, Robert Henry of Savannah, GA; stepson, Craig Kuhn, husband of Rhodene of Bowmansville, PA; four grandchildren, Corey, Troy, Taylor, Randy; four great-grandchildren and a host of loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
A Celebration of Jinx's Life will be held at 2PM on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will be private. Family and friends will be received from 1-2PM at the funeral home on Saturday.
