MRS. VIRGINIA A. WESSINGER
  Mrs. Virginia A. Wessinger, 83, of Columbia, widow of James W. Wessinger, died Wednesday in Richland Memorial Hospital.
  She was born in Lexington County, a daughter of the late George T. and Mary A. Wingard Taylor.  She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
  Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mary Metts, Mrs. Margaret Bradwell and Mrs. Ann Ray of Columbia and Mrs. Lois Taylor of Conway, N.C.; seven sons,Richard and Brooks Wessinger of Columbia, the Rev. John Wessinger of Chapin, Ira and Harold Wessinger of Cayce, James Wessinger of West Columbia and G. M. Wessinger of Lexington; 22 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
  Plans will be announced by Dunbar’s Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel.

  Services for Mrs. James Warren Wessinger will be 5:30 p.m. today in Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel, conducted by the Rev.Otto Reenstjerna and the Rev. Kenneth Webb. Burial will be in Southland Memorial Park.
  Pallbearers will be Raymond Meetz, Johnny Wessinger, George Wessinger, Jr., Warren Taylor, Mike Wessinger, Tommy Meetze, Donnie Taylor and Jimmy Meetze.
  Mrs. Wessinger, 83, of Rt. 5, Columbia, the former Virginia A. Taylor,died Wednesday in Richland Memorial Hospital.
