LAWRENCE - Mass services will be Saturday at St. Teresa's Catholic Church at Perry for Lee Kenneth Joseph Adam, 54, who was struck and killed Tuesday evening in a train accident near the Shawnee-Douglas County line. He was born Jan. 22, 1923 in Cloud Country.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Alphey Adam, Wichita; 5 brothers, Keith R. Adam, Oskaloosa, Luke D.B.C. Adam, Kansas City, Ted L. Adam, Joplin, Mo., Harland D. Adam, Wichita, and Gary G. Adam, Republic of Singapore; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Dewetta Peterson, Wichita, and Mrs. Betty Standifer, Plevna.
Prayer service will be Friday at Rumsey Funeral Home, Lawrence, with burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery at Perry.
