Kephart, Welburn T., age 84 of Prospect passed away Friday, February 16, 2018. He was a Korean Army Veteran and was an Engineer with Ford Motor Company for over 30 years. Welburn was an outdoorsman and a member of the Long Run Sportsman's Club. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Kephart. He was survived by his wife, Joyce (Arington) Kephart; three daughters, Pamela Kephart, Penny Kephart & Kristin Kephart (Erik Olson); a son, Terrell Kephart (Betsy); a sister, Brenda Seligman; six grandchildren, Shane, Shaun, Matthew, Anne, Lauren & Keira and five great grandchildren, Kate, Cassie, Scarlett, Dakota & Gavin. Funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by J T Stinson of Eminence. Interment will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM Monday, February 19, 2018 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
