He was a hotel financial consultant, an Army veteran and a member of Point Pleasant Christian Church in Henry County.
Survivors: his mother, Wylanna Kephart; a sister, Brenda Seligman; and a brother, Welburn Kephart.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Prewitt Funeral Home, New Castle. Burial: Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation: after 5 p.m. Tuesday.
