Bonnie J. Frye, 82, of Westminster, Md., died Tuesday, April 7, in Carroll County General Hospital, Westminster. Born May 22, 1915 in Buladean, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Washington and Venia Green Ledford. She was predeceased by her husband. Void Frye in 1985. Mrs. Frye was a housewife.

She is survived by three daughters, Lucille E. Geesey of York, Margaret O. Schuchart of South Hill. Va., and Rosella Rickell of Westminster; one son, James Frye of Dillsburg; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Ledford and Junior Ledford, both of Hanover; and five sisters, Verna Payne, Gladys Ledford, Lois Schuchart and Myrtle Hedrick, all of Hanover, and Bernice Putman of Buladean.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 10, in Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown, with the Rev. H. Lee Brumback II, of St. Mary's Lutheran Church, Silver Run, Md., officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 9, in the funeral home.
