Sheboygan - Frederick P. Ecker, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center in Sheboygan. He was 84 years old.
Frederick was born April 1, 1933 in Stockbridge, the son of August and Bertha (nee Simons) Ecker. After high school, he went on to serve his country in the United States Army from 1954-1956. On September 3, 1958, he was united in marriage with Myrna Gerner. She preceded him in death in 1994.
Frederick worked at Kohler Company as an auto buffer, retiring after 20 years with the company. He enjoyed the outdoors, doing yardwork and fishing.
Frederick is survived by his children: Tom (Karel) Ecker of St. Anna, Steve (Shirley) Ecker of Kiel, Mary Konarski of Sheboygan and Tina (Heath) Vickerman of Howards Grove. He is further survived by his 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren: siblings: Jerome Ecker, Art Ecker, Paul Ecker, Lucy Fennig, Elsie Popp and Clara (John) Meuer.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Myrna, brother Art Ecker and son-in-law Randy Konarski
