Arthur C. Rust, 91 of Cold Spring, Kentucky passed away on November 28, 2017.
Art was born March 30, 1926 in Cold Spring, KY to Paul Rust and Helena Baudendistel Rust.
He was a proud United States Navy Veteran. Art was a Mechanic-Service Advisor with Campbell County Chevrolet, Newport, Kentucky. He was a life long member of St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring and a member of the Resurrection Choir and St. Vincent DePaul. Art was an avid gardener, all around handy man, and loved his family very much. He was preceded in death by his Son, Steven Rust, Parents, Brothers; Paul, Albert, Edward, and Urban Rust, and Sisters; Florence Wagner, Gertrude Donelan, and Mary Rust.
Art is survived by his Wife of 63 years, Eileen (nee Neltner) Rust, Daughters, Donna (Mike) Carr, and Joan Hagedorn, Son, Ron (Patty) Rust, Sister, Ruth Daunt, 4 Grandchildren, and 1 Great Granddaughter.
Visitation 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday, December 4, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 4011 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, Kentucky.
Mass of Christian Burial will follow 11:00 am Monday, December 4, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Cold Spring, with Rev. Gerald Reinersman, officiating.
Burial will take place in St Joseph Cemetery, Cold Spring, Kentucky.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Joseph Church, c/o St.Vincent DePaul, 4011 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, Kentucky 41076 or to Bluegrass Care Navigators Hospice, 7388 Turfway Rd., Florence, Kentucky.
