Florence S. (nee Rust) Wagner , 94 of Fort Thomas, passed away on April 28, 2015 at Carmel Manor Nursing Home, Fort Thomas, KY.
Mrs. Wagner was a Eucharistic Minister, and member of the Resurrection Choir, Bereavement Committee and the 55 Club at St. Thomas Church, Ft.Thomas. She was a Homemaker and also worked at Rust Restaurant in Newport, Nanny in Fort Thomas, Volunteer at Carmel Manor and St. Luke Hospital. Member of the Highland Country Club where she loved to bowl and play golf.
Born February 8, 1921 in Cold Spring, KY to Peter Paul Rust and Helena Baudendistel Rust.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Wagner, Sisters; Gertrude Donelan, Mary Rust, Brothers; Albert, Edward, Urban, and Paul Rust.
Survived by her Daughter, Ann (late J.Gregory) Vaal, Highland Heights, KY, Sons; Donald (Kathleen) Wagner, Lexington, KY, Thomas (Kathleen) Wagner, Southgate, KY, Mark (Laurie) Wagner, Ft. Thomas, KY, and Paul (Kristy) Wagner, Taylor Mill, KY, Sister; Ruth (late James) Daunt, Cold Spring, KY, Brother; Art (Eileen) Rust, Cold Spring, KY. Also 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Dobbling Funeral Home, 106 S. Ft. Thomas Ave., Fort Thomas, KY.
Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas Church, Fort Thomas.
Entombment will take place in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
