Edna Jane Bargar-Kendall, 81, of Broken Arrow, was born November 13, 1935 at Creekola, OK, the daughter of Silas and Sarah (Boswell) Goad and died Thursday, November 9, 2017 in Broken Arrow, OK. Prior to retirement, Edna worked as a nursing home med-aide for many years. Pastimes included crafts and always making homemade candy around the holidays. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John E. Barger; granddaughter, Casey Barger; siblings, Hattie and Mutt Tadpole, O. M. and Gladys Goad, J. I. and Lee Goad, Bill and Faye Goad, Leonard Goad, Clifford Goad; and sister-in-law, Carol Goad. Graveside services for Edna will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Greenhill Cemetery.
