Frances Irene [Bayless] Donnoe, 77, of Winter Haven, FL, died Wednesday, March 20, 1996, in Winter Haven Hospital. Born in Warren County, she moved from Indiana to Florida five years ago.

In 1942, she married Roy S. Donnoe, who died Sept. 29, 1980. Mrs. Donnoe was a homemaker, and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Winter Haven.

Surviving are three sons, Roy Eugene Donnoe of North Carolina, Ivan Lewis Donnoe of Nebraska, and Jerry Joe Donnoe of Indiana; a daughter, Marie Donnoe of Winter Haven; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
