He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Bartley, his son, Thomas Phillips, and his daughter, Debi Brandenberg. He is survived by his brothers, Horace Bartley, Loyce Bartley, his daughter-in-law, Cindy Phillips; nine grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
