Juanita was born July 2, 1921 in Madison County to the late Jesse and Elizabeth Ogle Fore. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church where she was a former secretary of the church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Herman; son, David; sisters, Zora Runion, Anna Lee Watts, Georgia Allison, and Ethel Hollifield; brothers, Frank, Ollie, Hobert, Kenneth, Ernest, Hubert, and Jerome Fore.
She is survived by her 2 sons; daughter-in-law; 4 grandsons; four great grandchildren, 1 brother; numerous nieces and nephews and a caring church family.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 11:00am in Mountain View Memorial Park with Rev. Andrew Parker and Rev. Robert Haynie officiating.
