De Voyal passed away at the Utah Valley Hospital in Provo Utah at 10:30 P.M. due to complications from Emphysema. He was the son of Ozias Strong Harward and Francis Eva Curtis. He married Norma Marcile Howarth on March 24, 1931 in the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple. Three children blessed their union. He was buried on October 13, 1940 in the Provo City Cemetery under the direction of Deseret Mortuary.
Norma died on December 16, 1955.
