Corrine Harden, 91, of Findlay, Ohio passed away early Saturday morning, August 5, 2017.

Corrine was born in Allegan, Michigan to the late Lester and Bessie (Thompson) Latta. She married James Stoner and he preceded her in death in 1975; she then married Robert Harden and he preceded her in death in 1988. Corrine is survived by her children: Charlie (Kay) Stoner of Maumee, Ohio, Michael Stoner of Findlay, Ohio, Rose (Gregg) Focht of Holland, Ohio, Roberta Burns and LuAnn Harden both of Houston, Texas; grandchildren: Correy (Travis) O’Neal, Jaimee, Alyson, Caitlin and Dylan Stoner, Kelsey (Joel) Gawronski, Brandon Focht and Mark Burns; a great-grandchild Hazel O’Neal and a sister Hilda Smith of McComb, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her three brothers: Donald, Lester and Delbert Latta and her sister Marcella George.

Corrine was a faithful member of the St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Findlay. Corrine was a dedicated Cleveland Indians fan, who never missed watching a game. She enjoyed writing letters and notes and sending cards to family members and friends. Memos of thanks, condolences, birthday wishes and holiday spirit. Corrine enjoyed attending monthly McComb H.S. breakfasts at the Dark Horse. Corrine was a homemaker but also cleaned others’ homes, many of whom she maintained close friendships with over the years. Corrine enjoyed extended country rides around the area and always made sure that her husbands’ graves were maintained and taken care of. She enjoyed long conversations, sometimes an hour, talking about her beloved Indians, past or current family activity or other topics of the day. Corrine was a very social person and loved the engagement of others. Noted by all she encountered for her always present smile and her closing “I Love You”. She appreciated deeply the support she received from special friends and neighbors. She had a heart of gold and held her family dear and close to her heart.

Visitation for Corrine will be on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Scripture Family Service at 7:30 PM in the HARTLEY-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME, 370 Park Dr. S., McComb, Ohio 45858. Additional visitation for Corrine will be on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, from 10:00 until the time of her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in the St. Michael the Archangel Parish, 750 Bright Rd., Findlay, Ohio 45840, with Fr Mike Zacharias, Celebrant. Family and friends will gather at the K of C Hall, 701 W. Main Cross Rd, Findlay, Ohio 45840 immediately following mass to share food and refreshments, time together and memories of Corrine. A mid-afternoon interment will be held at 2:30 PM in the St. Wendelin Catholic Cemetery, Fostoria.

Memorial Contributions may be made in Corrine’s honor to St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Findlay, St. Wendelin Parish in Fostoria or to the parish of one’s choosing.
