Almeda (Grover) Zeigler, wife of John Zeigler. Mother of 10 children. They lived in South Valley in the area of Onoville and then moved to Red House.

In the 1960s, hundreds of graves were removed from the Red House cemetery and buried at the Steamburg Cemetery. It was done to make way for the interstate and for the Kinzua Dam project goals. The photo to the right is the original cemetery where she was buried.

The obituary is from the Buffalo Evening News, Friday, Dec. 4, 1914.
