Henry Thomas (H.T.) Theis, 88, of Conway, Arkansas, entered into rest with his Heavenly Father on July 25th surrounded by his family and friends.
He was a retired Meat Cutter who owned two meat markets in Little Rock for over 25 years. He was also a Korean War Veteran, an ordained Baptist Deacon, and a faithful and beloved member of Victory Baptist Church in Conway AR.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, John W. and Maggie Theis, a son, Phillip Brent Theis, two brothers, Wilmer Theis of Dewitt, AR, and George Theis of Piedmont, SC; three sisters, Marcena Byers, Hazel Sanders, and Mattie Conley all of Dewitt, AR.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Evelyn Theis of Conway. Two sons, Tommy Theis and wife Rhonda of Conway, AR, Ron Theis and wife Denice of Gravette, AR. four grandsons, Josh Bryant and wife Jenny of Conway (Great Grandson Jake and Great Granddaughter Kera), Jonathan Hales of Conway, Caleb Theis of Gravette, AR, and Joseph Theis and wife Christi (Great Grandsons Noah and Isaac), and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
His Celebration of Life service begins with a DVD slideshow and visitation with the family is at Victory Baptist Church in Conway Saturday July 29th at 10:00 AM, with the Funeral beginning at 11:00 AM, with Bro. Ron Theis and Bro. Michael Himes officiating. Burial will be at Pinecrest Cemetery in Alexander, AR.
