Parents Creed and Mae Tallent of Chesterton, IN., Brothers and Sisters; Jean Aloia (Emil) of Crete, IL., Brenda Sissel (Joe) of Lizella, GA., Bill Tallent (Julie) of Washburn, TN., Glenda Kramer of Columbus, OH., Diane Harris (Melvin) of Cookeville, TN., and David Tallent (Karen) of Valparaiso, IN and his granddaughter Chloe Olszewski of Marshalltown, IA.
He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother Michael Tallent. Kenneth was a millwright affiliated with Local #1693. He enjoyed woodworking and had a great love for his dogs and cats. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 28th, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway,
Chesterton, Indiana. Visitation will be held on Sunday From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 29th, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Chesterton Cemetery, 300 E. Porter Ave., Chesterton, IN. Attendees for the graveside service should meet at the funeral home on Monday at 9:30 AM.
