Emma Grace Green of Shawnee passed away at her home on Saturday morning, July 9, 2017, at the age of 69. She was a member of the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians.

Grace was raised in Stillwell, Oklahoma, but spent most of her life as a resident of Shawnee. She spent her early years as an employee of First Interstate Bank and then worked for Indian Health Services. She retired from the Citizen Potawatomie Nation Clinic. Grace was also an avid sports fan. She greatly enjoyed watching the Sooners, the Thunder, and the Spurs.

Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were a great source of pride for Grace. She loved each of them deeply and at all times did everything she could to support and care for them.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Delia Acorn and her sister, Reba McCabe.

She is survived by her brothers Wallace Acorn of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Franklin Acorn of Redwood, California, Zeke Acorn of Tahlequah, her sister Gladys Alonzo of Albuquerque, New Mexico, her husband of 22 years, Dave Green, her children, Shawna Lonelodge, Martina Lonelodge, and Christopher Lonelodge. Grace also had six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
