Burial was in Pembina Cemetery under direction of the Chaffin Funeral Home of Ozark. He spent most of his life in the Sparta community and was a member of the Sparta Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Dallas Kaufman of Rogersville, one daughter, Mrs. Virgil Osborn of Sparta, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
