Lyford J. Kaufman, 52 of Stover died Saturday at his home of a heart attack. He was the son of Charley and Anna Kaufman. Mr. Kaufman operated a tourist court at Stover. He was a former resident of Christian County. Survivors include his wife, Betty; three sons, Glen of Ozark, Jack stationed with the Navy in San Diego, Calif, and Jimmy of the home; a brother, Dallas Kaufman of Rogersville; a sister, Mrs. Leta Osborn of Rogersville, a stepdaughter and a grandchild. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. in the Chaffin Chapel at Ozark by the Rev. Floyd Hanks Burial was in Pembina Cemetery.
