Minnie Herring, 69, of Bradford departed this life on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Unity Health – White County Medical Center in Searcy. She was born on September 4, 1947 at Weona, Arkansas the daughter of Johnnie and Minnie Ethel Pruitt Willard.
She enjoyed reading, watching scary movies, and planting vegetable and flower garden. She was of the Baptist Belief.
Mrs. Herring was preceded in death by her husband, Weldon Eugene Herring; daughter-in-law, Wilma Herring; sister-in-law, Opal Willard; and her parents.
She leaves behind two sons, Rickey and John Herring both of Bradford; five grandchildren, Megan Pigford and husband Chris of Bald Knob, Rickey Herring, Jr. of Bradford, Kali Herring of Benton, Kaleb Herring of Romance, and Austin Herring of Romance; two brothers, Henry and Burt Willard both of Newport; and two sisters, Ernestine Pettit and husband of Jim of Thida and Rachel Beard and husband Fred of Newport.
Graveside services will be 10:00 Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Smith Cemetery in Bradford with Shane Blevins officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00 until 8:00.
