‎ ‎ ‎ Mrs. Emma Rose Carskadon, former Twin Falls resident, died Tuesday evening at the home of her son, R. L. Carskadon, Portola, Calif. She was born Aug. 13, 1889, in Sterling, Ill.
‎ ‎ ‎ She married Carey Huston Carskadon on Dec. 6, 1910, at Idaho Falls. He died Nov. 11, 1953. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran church.
‎ ‎ ‎ Surviving are another son, Carey Huston Carskadon, Jr., Twin Falls; five daughters, Mrs. Rose Govier, Dinuba, Calif.; Mrs. Charlotte Cramer, Burley; Mrs. Christine Francis, Gardena, Calif.; Mrs. Naomi Mohr, Shoshone, and Mrs. Gloria Mart, Twin Falls; 12 grandchildren; two brothers, William Maas and Charles Maas, both Spokane, Wash., and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Larsson, Nyssa, Ore., and Mrs. Anne Pasley, Fair Oaks, Calif.
‎ ‎ ‎ Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Twin Falls mortuary chapel with the Rev. A. E. Mueller officiating. Concluding rites will be held in Sunset Memorial park.
