Mrs. Ada Marie Wilson, 67, of 533 Wirt St., Belpre, O., died at her residence early Tuesday morning after a long illness.
She was born in Roane County, daughter of the late John L and Marietta Summerfield Slack.
She was retired from the Chancellor Hotel in Parkersburg, where she had been employed for fifteen years. She had worked at an arsenal plant in Ravenna, Ohio, during World War II.
She is survived by her husband, William E. Wilson; a daughter, Mrs. Charlotte Hensley, of Danville, Boone County; three brothers, Austin Slack, of Palestine, Bruce and Alfred Slack, both of Elizabeth; three sisters, Mrs. Erpha Amos, of Elizabeth, Mrs, Alma Flesher, Of Belpre,O., and Mrs. Wanda Meeks, of Parkersburg; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
The funeral services were scheduled to be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Thursday) at the Franklin & Son Memorial Chapel, South Parkersburg, with the Rev. Alvin Cox officiating, and burial to follow in the Bethesda Baptist Church Cemetery in Palestine.
