Salt Lake City, UT-Rodney LaMarr Peck passed peacefully from his home on earth to his heavenly home April 28, 2017. Family on both sides of the veil surrounded him on his journey. He was born October 22, 1937 in Salt Lake City to Rodney S. Peck and Thelma Lucile Davis.
He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Northern California Mission in 1957. His life employment was with the Church Education System of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He taught seminary at Irving Jr High and then in Wayne and Davis counties for 30 years. He also worked in the curriculum department and with the professional development program for the church.
