Son of Elza and Sarah Cline Triplett.
He was a former welder at Union Carbide in Dexter City.
Preceded in death by his wife, Oleta P Bruce Triplett; a daughter Ruth Dillingham; three brothers, George, David, Tommy Triplett; three sisters, Ola Pekari, Ella Roe, Maude Forbes; two grandsons and a great grandson.
Leaves two daughters, Carol Janis, Florence, KY and Elaine McLaughlin of Columbus, OH
