Mrs. Sarah A. Triplett, 78, died Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in her home at Batesville. Short funeral services were held at the residence Tuesday at 1:30 pm. with additional services at 3:00 o'clock in the Beaver Baptist church, of which she was a member. Burial was made in the church cemetery by the Eberle funeral home.
Mrs. Tiplett was born in Noble county May 17, 1871. She was the daughter of David and Jane Gregg Cline. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Viola Pekari of Quaker City Mrs. Eric Forbes of Weirton, W.Va., and Mrs. Harold Roe of Batesville; four sons, George and David of Marysville, Calif., Frank of Summerfield and Tommie of Quaker City; one brother, Oliver Cline, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Douglass, both of near Batesville.

Sarah's death certificate states had been living in Batesville for 20 years, and that she was divorced at the time of her death.
