Mrs. Emma Jane Seabrook, who at 95 was Fairfield's oldest resident, died Sunday evening at 8:30 at the Warner Hospital where she had been a patient for several days. She had been in declining health for the last year.
Widow of Elijah A Seabrook, she was a daughter of the late William and Sara Overholtzer Baker. A native of Freedom Twp., she was a lifelong resident of Adams County and was a member of the Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are four children; Mrs. Marian S Turner, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Paul E., Fairfield R2;
Mrs. Malcom W Arnold, Kensington, Md.; and Mrs. Luther Kepner, Fairfield, with whom she had resided for the last several years. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services Thursday afternoon at 2:00 from the Wilson funeral Home, Fairfield, with the
Rev. Dr. Norman Wolf officiating. Interment in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.
