RUTH MARGARET MILLS, 89, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at her home. She was born on March 10, 1928 in Hagerstown, MD to the late John and Sylvia Irene Bowers Ardinger. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Samuel Mills, Sr. on April 17, 1989.
She was previously employed at the Federal Silk Mill in Williamsport, MD. She was of the Protestant Faith. Ruth enjoyed gardening, taking care of her flower garden, traveling and watching Nascar Races.
She is survived by her daughter Linda K. Fuller; sons, Roger L. Mills, R. Gene Mills; nine grandchildren numerous great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son Charles S. Mills, Jr.; sisters Beulah Green, Helen Reed and an infant sister and brothers Ralph Ardinger, John Ardinger and an infant brother.
Funeral services will be held at Osborne Funeral Home, Williamsport, MD. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD.
