He was born at Williamsport, Md., the son of the late John E. and Sylvia I. Bowers Ardinger.
He was a route salesman for Chambersburg Dairy Products Co. for 20 years.
He is survived by
his wife, Doris Pheil Ardinger,
a son, Charles Davis Ardinger of Chambersburg and
a daughter, Patricia Sue Ardinger of Fayetteville;
three sisters,
Mrs. Robert B. Green of Hagerstown, Md.,
Mrs. Charles S. Mills and
Mrs. Charles Everett of Downsville, Md., and
a brother
John E. Ardinger of Hagerstown, Md.
Funeral services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2 at Sellers Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Revs. Otto Kroeger and Philip Bower officiating.
Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Chambersburg.
Friends may call this evening from 7 to 9.
