Born 10/31/1925 in Washington Cty, he was the son of Earl and Delia Baugh Boling. He married Phyllis Abner on 8/23/1953 in Brownstown. She survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs Mark (Shelby) J. Barnes; a brother, Earl Boling, Seymour; four sisters, Viola Martin (Brownstown), Helen Helt (Elizabethtown), Lucille Frische (FL), and Thelma Kohagen (Cleveland OH) and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers.
