Born Sept 26, 1923, in Washington County, he was a son of Earl and Delia Baugh Boling. In 1990, he moved to Jackson County from Seattle, Wash., and on Aug 1, 1990 in TN. he married Edith Smith Morgan, who survives him.
Other survivors include, a stepson Glenn Morgan; four sisters, Viola Martin, Helen Helt, Lucille Frische, Thelma Kohagen; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald, Grant and Harry Boling.
