Mrs. Rose Marie Brock, 79, Martin City, died in Kalispell early Wednesday morning. Mrs. Brock was born September 4, 1888 on a homestead near Columbia Falls, a daughter of Gasperd and Malvina Martin.
In 1911 she was married to John M. Webb at Whitefish and was preceded in death by him. She was a widow for many years and in 1927 was married to Sam Brock of West Glacier. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by an infant son John.
Mrs. Brock had resided near Martin City for many years until August of this year when she was hospitalized in Kalispell. She was a member of the St. Richard's Catholic Church of Columbia Falls and was an active member of the Altar Society.
She is survived by one son, Leonard E. Webb, Long Beach, California; one daughter Mrs. Dorothy Rhode, Apapka, Florida and two grandchildren, Gregory Webb and LeeRoy Rhode. She is also survived by three brothers, Adolph P. Martin, Medford, Oregon, and A.A. Martin, Martin City; three sisters, Mrs. Mat (Valentine) Brill, Kalispell; Mrs. Kay Doty, Missoula, and Mrs. Tom (Toni) Jordan, Clarkston, Washington, and a number of nieces and nephews.
