Maire Mora Shearwood, 64, Pocatello, Ida., died Thursday at 10:30 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Katherine Christofferson, 377 E. 4th N., Orem, following a lingering illness. She was born Aug. 23, 1890 in Seaforth, Minn., and had lived in Pocatello for 35 years. She married Charles S. Shearwood in Butte, Mont., Dec. 15, 1929.
She is survived by her husband Charles S., Orem; a daughter Mrs. Christofferson, Orem; four sisters, Mrs. Christina Zagic, Seaforth, Minn., Mrs. Larry Blair, Mrs. Rose Prazas, and Mrs. Barbara Jutzi, all fo Chicago, Ill. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. in the Quist-Fairbanks Funeral Chapel by Rev. Robert Tull of the Orem Community Church. Friends may call at the place of services Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday Prior to services. Burial will be in Orem Cemetery.
