ALBERT VREDENBURG'S BODY IS BURIED HERE

Veteran Railroad Express-man Died in Hannibal at the Age of 83—Well Known Among Older Railroad Men.

The remains of Albert B. Vredenburg. veteran railroad express-man, who died in Hannibal Monday, arrived in the city at noon today and were removed from the station to Woodland cemetery where burial services were conducted by Lambert Lodge of Masons.

Vredenburg was well known in Quincy and Hannibal, especially among the older railroad men. His death took place in Levering hospital Monday night following an illness which covered a period of three weeks. He was 83 years old.

The deceased retired from active life several years ago and had been living at his home, 1421 Park avenue, South Hannibal. He resided in Hannibal for the last half a century. He was a member of Hannibal lodge No. 188 of the Masons, and was among the oldest members of the Masonic fraternity in the Bluff City. Funeral services were held at the Fifth Street Baptist church in Hannibal at 9:30 o'clock this morning, conducted by Rev. H. B. Cox.
