Florence Moore Chambers, 73, of Doran, Va., died Thursday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otis Rose of Raven, Va. Mrs. Chambers was the widow of Robert Chambers and was a daughter of the late Jim and Martha Taylor Chambers.
She was a member of the Holiness Church of Richlands, Va.

Also surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. Robert Lowe of Shortt Gap, Va., and Mrs. Dave Carter of Marion, Va.; four sons, Ira Chambers of Doran, Va., Paul Chambers of Jewell Valley, Va., Walter Chambers of Keen Mountain, Va., Sherman Chambers of Aberdeen, Md.

Other survivors are thirty two grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. W.R. Byrd of Bramwell, Mrs. John Bird of Shortts Gap and Mrs. Myrtle Gilbert, address unknown; two brothers, Arch and Jess More of Charleston.

Funeral rites will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Farmer Chapel, Richlands, with Rev. Carl Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Greenhills Memory Gardens, Claypool Hill, Va.
