Annie Brown was born to Sam Brown and Charlotte Deibel in Jefferson Township of Tuscarawas County, Ohio. She is the twin sister of Samuel Brown, Jr.
Anna married Jacob Stichter September 1918 at the Reformed Church of New Philadelphia, after which she and her husband moved to Columbus, OH.[Jacob Stichter was born in Germany and was the son of Jacob Stichter and Katherine Moses].
At her death she is survived by her three step-children: George and Reinhard Stichter and Mrs Catherine Crimley, all of Columbus. Also surviving her death are brothers John Brown of Orrville, Albert Brown of North Lawrence; two sisters, Mrs Fred Ott of North Lawrence and Mrs Walter Reinhart of Dover. Her husband Jacob preceded her in death in 1936.
