Alma P. McGee, 91, of Epworth Manor Nursing Home, Tyrone, formerly of Roaring Spring, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995, at the home. She was born March 13, 1903, at Baker's Summit, a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Appleman) Pote. She was married to Reynolds C. McGee, who died Oct. 5, 1974. She is survived by a son, Dean McGee of Bedford; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. McGee was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Roaring Spring.
She was retired from the D.M. Bare Paper Co„ Roaring Spring.
She also was a member of the Friendship Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, the Murray-Appleman American Legion Post Ladies Auxiliary, the Patriotic Order of America, Woodbury Grange, Rebeka Lodge and the Roaring Spring Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star.

Funeral services: 2 p.m. Sunday at the J. Gary Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Spring, with the Rev. Mark Stamm officiating. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Roaring Spring.

Memorial contributions may be made to Epworth Manor Nursing Home, Tyrone.

Alma P. McGee

Mrs. Alma P. McGee, 91, of Epworth Manor, Tyrone, formerly of Roaring Spring, died early Thursday morning Jan. 5, 1995, at the home. She was born March 13, 1903, in Bakers Summit, the daughter of Jacob and Mary (Appleman) Pote. She married Reynolds C. McGee. He died Oct. 5, 1974.

Mrs. McGee was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Roaring Spring.
She retired from D.M. Bare Paper Co., Roaring , Spring.

Mrs. McGee was a member of the Friendship Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Murray-Appleman American Legion Post Auxiliary, the Patriotic Order of America, Woodbury Grange, Rebekah Lodge and Roaring Spring Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are a son, Dean of Bedford; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday day at J. Gary Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Spring.

McGEE — Services for Alma P. McGee, formerly of Roaring Spring, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at J. Gary Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Spring, by the Rev. Mark Stamm.
